“Floating in space is described as a sensation of weightlessness, where one feels as if one is suspended in mid-air with no gravitational pull.”
As a music genre, Floating Space is described as “when sounds and frequencies inspire the mind to float.” The mind stops thinking, analysing and even listening in the way we usually listen to music. The sounds and frequencies give the mind this impulse to stop - to simply change into a somehow more visual pattern. Listening without listening.
A sense of “weightlessness” in reality - "floating off", into and with the sounds. This alternative way of listening and hearing creates the possibility for a completely different listening experience.
Oneness in sounds, as sound.
